It's by a guy called Yoav, who has recently released his debut album. The vid is from last Friday's Later... with Jools Holland, which I caught up on yesterday. The song is called Club Thing, and all the sounds he uses come from him and his acoustic guitar. He records tracks on his pedal equipment before playing the song. Check out the video around 3:20 as well. Awesome.
